Order #103 - Motion Passed:  Approval of the Flood Plain Waiver - Victoria Street Pursuant to KRS 156.160(2), request to the Kentucky Board of Education of a waiver of 702 KAR 4:050 Section 4(4) which states: With tentative approval the district shall provide the following documentation.…(b) Plat by registered surveyor indicating….“certification that property is above the 100-year flood plain”… and “Consideration may be given if filling of the site will bring building floor level and appurtenances above 100-year elevation.” passed with a motion by Mrs. Shelly Mays and a second by Mrs. Kym King.

Order #104 - Motion Passed:  Approval of the 2024-2025 Contracts with Bellevue Independent Schools, Enzweiler Building Institute, Mainspring, PRN, and Pediatric Therapy Specialists passed with a motion by Mrs. Melanie Hazlewood and a second by Ms. Cindy Powell.

Order #106 - Motion Passed:  Approval of the nomination of Mike Borchers to serve as the Class of 2024 Graduation Speaker passed with a motion by Ms. Cindy Powell and a second by Mrs. Melanie Hazlewood.

Mr. Dorger said the only name that the board wanted to add to the list of possible speakers this year was Mike Borchers. 

Mr. Dorger mentioned how much of a positive impact that the Adopt a Class has had on his son this year.  He expressed his appreciation for Adopt a Class and Kolar Design, his son's class's partner.
