Call to Order
Motion by Terry Watson, seconded by Alayna Stinnett, to approve the agenda, with the correction of the start time for the May 12 Board meeting to 7pm. All in favor. Motion to approve May 5 minutes by Alayna Stinnett with a second by Stacey Kirkham was passed with all in favor.
2.
Motion for executive/closed Session pursuant to KRS 61.810, Section F
A motion to go into executive/closed session pursuant to KRS 61.810 Section F passed by Terry Watson and seconded by Alayna Stinnett with all in favor of going into closed session
3.
Return to Open Session
Motion to return to Open Session passed by Stacey Kirkham, seconded by Terry Watson, to return to open session with all in favor.
4.
Next Meeting - Finalize next meeting date, tentatively set for the screening committee to be placed on the agenda for the Board of Education meeting on Monday, May 12, 2025 starting at 5pm at the Livingston County Board of Education Office 840 Cutoff Road, Smithland, KY 42081
The committee confirmed they are ready to meet with the board on May 12.
