Change to Insurance Quote for the 2024-2025 School Year
At the May 16, 2024 Board Meeting, the 2024-2025 Insurance quote with Liberty Mutual was approved. Total cost for all property and liability coverage was $735,551. Recently Lincoln County was selected to receive the same coverage from Bluegrass Risk Management at a much lower cost of $595,746. For this reason, the District is requesting the Board rescind approval of the Liberty Mutual quote and approve the quote from Bluegrass Risk Management.
Order #1 - Motion Passed: Rescind the May 16, 2024 Approval of the Liberty Mutual Quote for Insurance and Approve the Quote from Bluegrass Risk Management for the 2024-2025 School Year passed with a motion by Ms. Christine Killen and a second by Mr. Tyler McGuffey.
