Updates from G. Scott & Associates:
- We just received the survey on Sunday 10 May, I won’t have the sidewalk design ready for approval this month. We have shared the survey information with Kristin Booker.
- The team at Highland Roofing are assembling paperwork and submittals to begin in June when school lets out, so they have not yet submitted their first pay application. Jim Blackburn in my office has been in conversations with the team at Highland and they plan to have their shop drawings submitted to our office by Friday 15 May for our review.
- Our electrical Engineer will need to spend time in the building this summer, when the building is not full of students, to verify electrical panel data throughout the building.
- The Heritage Council has sent their first response letter upon review of the submittal for the Tax credits. They requested additional photos. I spoke with our reviewer on the phone before having your team take additional classroom and corridor photos throughout the building. We now have those photos and are working on an updated form and key plan. We will submit that updated form to the Heritage Council soon.
