Breathitt County Schools will accomplish this vision by:

I. Call to Order/Roll Call
II. Consider approval of using ESSER funds (and other Federal Funds, as appropriate) for the following supplemental positions at each school for the 2021-2022 school year(no cost to the general fund):
A. 2 teachers and 2 instructional assistants at Highland-Turner.
B. 3 teachers and 2 instructional assistants at Marie-Roberts Caney
C. 4 teachers and 4 instructional assistants at Sebastian Elementary
D. 1 high school English teacher, 1 high school math or science teacher, and 1 special education teacher at Breathitt High School
III. Consider approval of allocating $50,000 of ESSER funds as well as ESS Carryover funds to hire tutors for all schools for the 2021-2022 school year(No cost to the general fund).
IV. Consider approval of adding 8 extended days for the current school year, to the following positions to provide support during Minds in Motion through ESSER funds
A. 1 building administrator for the elementary program.
B. 1 finance clerk, 1 attendance clerk, and 1 front office staff for the middle/high school program.
C. 1 finance clerk, 1 attendance clerk, and 1 front office staff for the elementary school program.
