II. Update on Fire/Damage at Coliseum
III. Consider approval of declaring an emergency with regard to the Coliseum at Breathitt High School due to fire damage.
IV. Consider approval of the emergency BG 20-260 to repair the damage to the Coliseum building caused by the roof fire, to include replacement, insulation, roof deck, roof structure, water damage, gym floor replacement, interior flooring and finishing and etc, funded by insurance proceeds.
V. Consider approval of hiring Tate Hill Jacobs architect for the Coliseum.
VI. Consider approval of accepting the bid from Hazard Fire & Safety Equipment Company, to perform inspections, maintenance and recharging fire extinguishers inspection, range hood fire system, fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler, back flow preventer inspection and alarm monitoring service, etc.,for the 2020-2021 school year.
VII. Consider approval of accepting the bid with Allen Construction in the amount of $14,465.00 for bus garage gutter replacement.
VIII. Consider approval of accepting the bid with Allen Construction in the amount of $27,045 for the Bobcat Den Roof and gutter replacement project to include replacement of damaged sheathing once the roof is uncovered at $3.00 per square foot.
