IV. Consider approval of appointing Sheretta Haddix as Board Secretary until December 31,2023.
V. Consider approval of appointing Stacy McKnight as Board Treasurer.
VI. Consider approval of regular board meeting schedule for 2020.
VII. “Consider approval of Change Order #001 to Allen Construction’s GC Contract for the Partial Renovation of Sebastian Elementary School, for a total additional cost of $834.75. This change order covers the Proposal Request #001 – Revision to the structural Detail 9/S1, and is due to found conditions within the building.”
VIII. Consider approval of accepting LIT fiber bid with Thacker-Grisby for one year contract with four voluntarily extensions in the amount of $4,200 a month beginning on July 1, 2020 and extending to June 30, 2025.
IX. Consider approval for Jackson Parks and Recreation to use LBJ Elementary from January to March 2020 for the youth basketball league.
