a. Consider approval of Wolf-Coal Volunteer Fire Department and Canoe Volunteer Fire Department request to use Highland-Turner on Nov 2, 2019 for a Fall Festival.
b. Consider approval Sebastian Elementary PTO to use the parking lot at LBJ for Trunk-or-Treat.
c. Consider approval of Appalachia Service Project to use Highland Turner when school is out of session and prior to school starting in 2020.

7. Consider approval of accepting the bid from Allen Construction in the total amount of 1,007,000.00 which includes the base bid of $768,000.00 + alternate #1 canopy bid of $215,000.00 + alternate #2 sidewalk bid of $24,000.00, including direct purchase orders totaling $172,435.00.
8. Consider approval of revised BG1 for Sebastian Elementary renovation.
9. Consider the approval of the Agreement between Breathitt County Board of Education and Allen Construction in the amount of $834,565.00 for Sebastian Elementary School Renovation.
10. Consider approval of bid amount $6,848 with Bubba and Larry's Lawn Care for striping of ATC Pedestrian Walkway and paint existing yellow curbs at Breathitt High School; seal and stripe overflow parking at LBJ, as well as stripe parking area beside Sebastian Elementary Kitchen.
11. Consider approval of bid amount $ 17,943.00 with Bubba and Larry's Lawn Care to pressure wash; prep metal surfaces for paint front and sides of building; prime the roof at Breathitt County ATC and then apply acrylic paint to the roof; and paint metal siding on the building and metal exterior doors at the main ATC building.
12. Consider bid amount $15,572.00 with Combs Trucking to finish drains behind Sebastian Elementary School with rock;clear brush from bank behind BHS Softball field;and fill dirt around new walkway at Sebastian Elementary.
13. Consider approval of stage curtain for BHS Gymnasium from Quality Stage Curtains not to exceed the amount of $16,000.
14. Consider approval of Appalachia Service Project Lease Agreement.
15. Consider approval of the Heinemann contractual agreement for Leveled Literacy Intervention professional development services, paid for by the Steele Reese grant.
16. Consider approval of increasing Sheriff's commission tax collection rate to 4 %.
