II. Consideration/Approval to Change Salary Schedule For District Assistant Principals 9-12
III. Contingent upon the Kentucky Board of Education (KBE) approval of a waiver to Section 503.2.1 of the Planning Manual as referenced by 702 KAR 4:180, the Estill County Board of Education requests the Kentucky Department of Education (KDE) to allow the district to reconvene the Local Planning Committee (LPC) to conduct a Finding in accordance with Section 503 of the Planning Manual for the singular purpose to consider exploring changes to Estill County Middle School Priority 2c.2 renovation work on the District Facilities Plan (DFP).
IV. The Estill County Board of Education requests the KBE to consider allowing a waiver to 702 KAR 4:180, The Planning Manual, The Finding Process, Section 503.2.1 to remove the requirement that, “the change will not substantially affect the district’s needs assessment,” to explore Priority adjustments to Estill County Middle School. This waiver will allow the KDE and the Estill County Board of Education, the ability to follow and act upon the Finding process.
