s. Approve contracts allowing any and all students to attend Corbin Independent Schools from the following districts: Barbourville Independent, Bell County, Jackson County, Rockcastle County, Whitley County, and Williamsburg Independent
t. Approve a limited contract allowing students to attend Corbin Independent Schools from Knox County Schools
u. Approve revised BG-1 (12-041) for Corbin Educational Center ADA upgrades

x. Approve and create a total of 4 instructional monitor positions at Corbin Preschool Center. Two positions will be paid entirely through parent fees. The remaining two positions will be paid 1/2 through 21st Century grants and 1/2 through parent fees.
y. Approve issuance of the request for waiver to the Kentucky Department of Education, to allow shared toilet room configurations for the Pre-School Classrooms in lieu of the Kentucky Department of Education requirement for individual toilet rooms for each Pre-School Classroom being provided
z. Approve issuance of the request for waver to the Kentucky Department of Education, for Play Area access from the Commons Area in lieu of the Kentucky Department of Education requirement for individual access directly from each Pre-School Classroom
aa. Approve the proposal from S&ME, Inc. for additional survey work to be performed for the Corbin Primary School Addition project up to the amount of $4,529.00
