A. Site Base Decision Making Funds
1. Consider approval for funds to be spent on subs for the remainder of the 2019-20 school year.
2. Consider approval for funds to be spent on transportation for field trips for the remainder of the 2019-20 school year.
3. Graduation
a. Consider Approval of allocating $3000 for graduation costs.
B. Presentation of the 2019-2020 Breathitt High School schedule.
C. Breathitt High School Prom will be Saturday, May 18th from 7:00-11:00pm and will be grades 9-12. Breathitt High School Dance will be Friday, May 24,2019 from 6:00-9:00pm and will be grades 7 and 8.
D. Fundraisers
1. Fundraiser Approval for Breathitt High School Boys Basketball
a. Consider Approval for a Pro Wrestling event to help raise money for summer basketball. Supervisors - John Noble, Doug Noble and David Abner. To be scheduled on May 9, 2019. (PENDING COMPLETION AND APPROVAL OF FACILITY USAGE AGREEMENT)
2. Fundraiser for Breathitt Middle School baseball.
a. Consider Approval for the fundraiser- basketball tournament- to raise money for travel expenses to be held on June 7, 2019. Supervisors - John Noble, Doug Noble and David Abner.
3. Fundraiser Approval for Breathitt High School softball
a. Consider Approval for a softball tournament to be held on April 5 and 6th 2019 to help with funds for travel. Supervisors - Head Coach Rebecca Neace and Asst. Coach Kristie Combs.
4. Fundraiser Approval for Breathitt High School softball
a. Consider Approval of an adult co-ed tournament to be hosted by the Ladycats to help with travel, entry fees and concessions to be held on April 19, 2019. Supervisors Head Coach Rebecca Neace and Asst. Coach Kristie Combs.(PENDING UPON APPROVAL OF FACILITIES USAGE AGREEMENT)
5. Fundraiser Approval for the Senior Class of 2020.
a. Consider Approval of selling salsa and snacks(per the district policy guidelines) to help the Class of 2020 raise money for their senior trip. Fundraiser will be April-May 2019. Supervisors - Paul Hale and Augusta Barnett.
6. Fundraiser Approval for Breathitt High School Future Farmers of America (FFA)
a. Consider Approval of FFA fundraiser on April 18th and April 25th to have a car wash at Tractor Supply. The funds will go towards state competitions for the members. Supervisor- Kristen Fristoe
VII. Old Business
A. The Chromebook order was placed on March 25th and should be delivered within the next 2 weeks. No estimated date of delivery.
B. Consider Approval of the 2nd reading of possible revisions and/or adoption to the Discipline Policy and the Technology Policy.

C. Breathitt High School Baseball and Softball has begun with the leadership of Head Coach, TeWayne Willis and Rebecca Neace.
D. Breathitt Middle School Baseball and Softball has begun with the leadership of Head Coach Chris McDaniel and Donnie Butler.
E. Literacy Night was a success including the production of Tall Tales that was presented by the students of Breathitt County Schools.
F. Jada Rice(University of Pikeville), Kyle Fraley(Alice Lloyd College) and Braxton Eiserman(University of Kentucky) have all signed with these schools and will be receiving scholarships for the Fall 2019 term, to continue their education while participating in their sports programs.
G. The production of Little Shop of Horrors will be April 25-28th 2019 at 7:30pm.
H. Teachers and students are preparing for the MAP test.
IX. Ongoing Learning
A. The Special Education staff will be attending High Level Practices on April 16, 2019.
