a. Request for Proposal - Architect Tom Brillhart
Requested is Board approval to move forward with a Request for Proposal for architect selection for the upcoming 2022 building project.

1. Paroquet Springs Conference Centre - NBHS Swim TeamRa
North Bullitt High School would like to host a banquet for the Swim Team on March 22, 2022 at Paroquet Springs Conference Centre from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. This contract has been reviewed by Eric Farris. 
2. Hillview Government Center - NBHS JROTC Military BallRachelle Bramlage
The North Bullitt High School JROTC Program requests permission to enter into a contract with the Hillview Government Center to hold its Military ball on March 26, 2022. 
3. Events On Point - NBHS PromRachelle Bramlage

North Bullitt High School requests a change of venue for this year's prom due to the increased number of students attending. They would like like to contract with Events on Point in Louisville on april 30, 2022. This contract has been reviewed by Eric Farris.

4. Spinnin' Spencer Entertainment - NBHS PromRachelle Bramlage

North Bullitt High School requests approval of the contract with Spinnin' Spencer Entertainment as the DJ for the prom on April 30, 2022. The contract has been reviewed by Dinsmore Real Estate Practice Group.

1. Transportation Department Surplus ItemsDavid Phelps

Interim Transportation Director David Phelps requests that the items listed below be declared surplus and sold at auction.

  • 1 used CAT engine and transmission, est. year 2004
  • 3 used 545 Transmissions for International, est. around year 2000
  • 2 used Allison transmissions from rear engine buses
  • 2 skids of obsolete bus parts
  • 1 skid of obsolete or junk tools
  • 1 skid of wiring harnesses from hybrid electric/diesel buses
  • 1 used Special Needs School Bus #328, more recently used as a paint crew bus
2. Facilities Department Surplus ItemsTony Roth

Requested is the board declare the list of items submitted by the Facilities Department as surplus property for the purpose of selling at auction. These items were brought in from schools or declared expendable by the director. The auction is scheduled for Friday, March 25, 2022, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Thompson Building by Roby Elementary School.
