7. Consider approval for the Breathitt High School Band to participate in an international trip to Europe during the summer of 2027, with specific travel dates to be determined upon approval, contingent upon the submission and approval of a School-Based Decision Making (SBDM)–approved fundraising plan, safety plan, and detailed itinerary.
8. Consider approval of the ETSI Service agreement and submitting a claim to the IRS for a rebate related to the new geothermal system at the Area Technology Center.
9. Consider approval of the 26-27 Calendar for Breathitt Learning Academy and Breathitt Regional School.
10. Consider approval of the bid in the amount of $25,240 with Pit Viper for brush removal at Highland-Turner Elementary.

A. HTS Roof Replacement Project BG#22948
1. Consider approval the AIA A101 Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Contractor with Allen Construction in the amount of $1,312,065.23 for the Highland Turner Roof Replacement and Site Work project KDE BG# 26-202.
2. Consider approval of the invoice from Tate Hill Jacobs in the amount of $86,482.12 for engineering and architectural services + plan review fees from beginning of project through start of construction for the Highland Turner Roof Replacement + site work project BG# 26-202.
3. Consider approval of the Owner DPOS provided by with Allen Construction in the amount of $139,934.77 for the Highland Turner Roof Replacement and Site Work project KDE BG# 26-202.

1. Consider approval of the invoice from Tate Hill Jacobs in the amount of $108,575.00 for engineering and architectural services through the completion of the ATC + Bus Garage project BG# 24-189.

3. Consider approval the Owner Direct Purchase Orders for the Pay Application Pay App 22 from Standafer builders in the amount of $74,903.64 for materials installed at the ATC + Bus Garage BG# 24-189.
