4. Consider approval of facility usage agreement for Appalachian Mountain Wrestling to utilize the BHS PE GYM contingent upon providing insurance, on May 10 and May 11, 2024.
5. Consider approval of the Appalachia Service Project amended lease agreement and facility usage agreement to utilize Highland-Turner Elementary from May 30, 2025 until July 23, 2025.
6. Consider approval of JROTC out-of-state field trip to Camp Davy Crockett Summer Camp in Whitesburg, TN from 05/30/2024 until 06/02/2024.
