1. Consider approval of the Pay Application #10 from Standafer Builders in the amount of $372,806.31 for work to date on the Breathitt Football Fieldhouse + Concession project, BG# 22-168.
2. Consider approval of the Owner Direct Purchase Orders accompanying Pay App #10 and totaling $89,620.00 for the Breathitt Football Fieldhouse + Concession project, BG# 22-168.
3. Consider approval of Change Order #7 in the amount of $529.25 to provide a larger breaker for the HVAC unit at the Fieldhouse.

1. Consider approval of the Pay Application #17 from Allen Construction in the amount of $30,579.68 for work to date on the Coliseum HVAC Replacement (BG# 22-151).

1. Consider approval the invoice from Tate Hill Jacobs in the amount of $338,079.00 for architectural and engineering services for schematic and design development documents for the renovation of the ARM to house the Breathitt ATC and Bus Garage(BG#22-182).
E. Highland Turner HVAC Replacement (BG#23-500)
1. Consider approval the invoice from Tate Hill Jacobs in the amount of $163,120.00 for architectural and engineering services for services through Bidding and Negotiation for the Highland Turner HVAC Replacement (BG# 23-500).
2. Consider approval of rejecting the bid for the Highland-Turner HVAC BG#23-500 and authorize architect to change scope, update construction documents and rebid.
F. ATC (old) Demo Project (BG #24-079)
1. Consider approval the Owner Architect Agreement with Tate Hill Jacobs for Architecture and Engineering Services for the demolition of the existing ATC destroyed by flooding on the existing Breathitt High School Campus. (BG# 24-079).
