| II. Consider approval of change order #029 to cover the increase in asphalt prices for the new elementary for a cost of $43,477.40. | |
| III. Consider approval of the furniture proposal from ORI to provide furnishings in the art room for a cost of $66,988.99. | |
| IV. Consider approval of the proposal for code-required Special Inspections for the Coliseum Balcony for a cost of $4,350.00. | |
| V. Consider approval of a change order to provide a new ADA lift in the Art Room for a cost of $66,533.25. | |
| VI. Consider approval of a change order #003 to provide Emergency Egress Stairs to the Coliseum Balcony for a cost of $13,558.14. As a result of this change, the substantial completion date will be moved to June 30th, 2023. | |
| VII. Consider approval of a change order #004 to cover work required for a found pipe in the location of the proposed footing for the Balcony. The cost of this change order is $3,379.91. | |
| VIII. Consider approval of BG1 #23-159 for the purpose of the Elm and Court Street property acquisitions. | |
