1. ADDENDUM: Add item III.B.33.Consider approval of facility usage agreement with Breathitt County Extension Office/UK Athletics to use Breathitt High School Coliseum July 29 - July 30 2022 for the purpose of UK Athletics Sports Camp, contingent upon providing insurance and an approved cleaning plan; III.B.34.Consider approval of the agreement and fee schedule with Central Kentucky Psychological services, for the 2022-2023 school year; and III.B.35.Consider approval of an overnight trip in Hardinsburg, KY for Breathitt High School FFA to attend the KY Leadership Training Center (FFA Camp) on July 4th and return on July 8, 2022.

4. Consider approval of the first reading of the 2022-2023 Discipline Code Book.

6. Consider approval of the second reading of KSBA Policy update #45, procedure update #26, to include allowing nonresident enrollment under policy 9.1222, and including the attendance policy 9.123 revisions.
7. Consider approval of submitting the United 4 Kids 2022-2023 spending proposal application.
8. Consider approval for the BHS Football team to attend the overnight Kentucky National Guard Harold Disney Training Site in Barbourville, KY from July 31 until August 4, 2022.
9. Consider approval of changing the Psychologist/Counselor position at Breathitt High School to a Full-time Guidance Counselor at Breathitt High School.
10. Consider approval of using individual contract services with certified POPS (Peace Officer Professional Standards) officers to provide services to the schools and events as needed, not to exceed $20,000 for the 2022-2023 school year.
11. Consider approval of Breathitt Sheriff's Department COPS grant.
12. Consider approval of MOA with Breathitt County Sheriff's Department for the purpose of adding a School Resource Officer at Highland-Turner Elementary in the amount of $45,000 and at Marie Roberts-Caney Elementary in the amount of $22,500 and allowing board attorney to review and make changes if necessary.
13. Consider approval of MOA with City of Jackson for the purpose of continuing the School Resource Officer at Breathitt High School Campus in the amount of $45,000 and adding a School Resource Officer at Sebastian/Breathitt Elementary Campus in the amount of $45,000 and allowing board attorney to review and make changes if necessary.
14. Consider approval of accepting the bid from Bubba & Larry's Lawn Care for the bid amount of $200.00 minimum or $25.00 per person for weed eating and mowing school grounds as needed.
15. Consider approval of the Pay Application #15 from Standafer Builders in the amount of $481,946.75 for work to date on the new Elementary (BG#20-283).
16. Consider approval of the payment of Owner Direct Purchase Orders accompanying pay application #15 for the new Elementary School (BG#20-283) totaling $181,833.87.
17. Consider approval of the payment of the Invoice for Special Inspections to CSI in the amount of $3,800.00.

a. Change Order #014 Add Soffit At Commons Cable Tray in the amount of $7,027.01.

19. Consider approval of Pay Application #7 from Bri-Den Inc. in the amount of $62,771.24 for work to date on the new Sebastian Roof Replacement (BG#21-218).
20. Consider approval of the payment of Owner Direct Purchase Orders accompanying pay application #6 for the new Sebastian Roof Replacement (BG#21-218)totaling $3,467.29.
21. Consider approval of Change Order #004 in the amount of $5,023.00 to make up the difference between areas with low existing roof deck.
22. Consider approval of the Pay Application #4 from The Wilson Group in the amount of $20,193.71 for work completed in April 2022 on the Coliseum Window Replacement project (BG#21-094).
23. Consider approval of the Pay Application #5 from The Wilson Group in the amount of $9,900.00 for work completed in May 2022 on the Coliseum Window Replacement project (BG#21-094).

27. Consider approval of declaring an emergency to replace the HVAC system at Sebastian Elementary School and the HVAC system at the Central Office.

32. Consider approval of accepting the quote from Galls through Master State contract in the amount of $16,360.00 for metal detectors at Breathitt High School using Safe Schools funding.
