A. CONSENT ITEMS
1. Consider approval for board members to attend the KSBA's 2022 Annual Conference Feb. 25-27, 2022, in Louisville, KY.
2. Consider approval of updated Gear UP MOA.
3. Consider approval of MOA for Breathitt County Area Technology Center/Breathitt High School with Juniper Health for the purpose of clinicals.
4. Consider approval of Appalachian Service Project to utilize Highland Turner Elementary from June 1, 2022, until July 27, 2022, contingent upon providing insurance,an approved cleaning plan, and an approved plan from the local health department.
5. Consider approval of discounted Dollywood ticket option for employees.
6. Consider approval to clarify that the deductive change order for the coliseum window project passed at the November Board meeting is a reduction to the Owners Direct Purchase Orders, not a reduction to the contractor's contract amount.

9. Consider approval of clarification of salary schedule for Academic Tutors in compliance with TRS regulations.
10. Consider approval of Breathitt High School boys' basketball team overnight trip to Williamstown, KY (Grant County) February 12-13, 2022.
11. Consider approval of Pay Application #2 from Bri-Den Inc. in the amount of $97,960.50 for work to date on the new Sebastian Roof Replacement (BG#21-218).
12. Consider approval of the payment for all Owner Direct Purchase Orders for the Sebastian Roof Replacement (BG#21-218) totaling $26,891.38.
13. Consider approval of the Pay Application #9 from Standafer Builders in the amount of $222,869.40 for work to date on the new Elementary (BG#20-283).
14. Consider approval of the payment of Owner Direct Purchase Orders accompanying pay application #9 for the new Elementary School (BG#20-283) totaling $305,643.46.
15. Consider approval of the invoice from Consulting Services Incorporated (CSI) for special inspections done on behalf of the district for the new elementary school (BG#20-283) in the amount of $800.00.
16. Consider approval of Change Order #003 to the contract for the New Elementary (BG#20-283) to provide additional parking spots adjacent to the transformer in the amount of $2,714.00.
17.  Consider approval of Breathitt High School fundraiser request for all ticket sales and cash donations during the boys’ basketball game, Breathitt vs Wolfe, Friday, December 17, 2021, to go to Mayfield School District Family Resource Center for the purchase of student items , for the Tornado relief.
