I. Call to Order/Roll Call
II. Receive and consider approval of the report from April 29, 2021, the local public hearing for the Breathitt County Schools District Facility Plan for submission to KDE to be considered at the June or August 2021 Kentucky Board of Education meeting.
III. Consider approval of accepting all requests to use the 2021-2022 school year as a supplemental school year, per Senate Bill 128.
IV. Consider approval to accept the bid in the amount of $3,884.96 from Thacker and Grigsby Communications to run fiber connections for the new elementary school as well as baseball and softball press boxes.
V. Consider approval of ViewSonic interactive boards in the amount of $76,410.00 with CDW per KPC contract for the following schools:
A. Highland-Turner Elementary (7)
B. Marie Roberts-Caney Elementary (6)
C. Breathitt High School (4)
D. Sebastian Elementary (1)
VI. Consider approval of bid in the amount of $15,868.00 from Spray Foam Technologies of Ky LLC to paint the BHS PE gym.
VII. Consider approval of continuing the KECSAC extended 2020/2021 school calendar for the Breathitt Regional Juvenile Detention Center and the Breathitt County Day Treatment Center/Group Home.
