A. CONSENT ITEMS
1. Consider approval of facility usage agreement for the Breathitt Co. Hunger Alliance and Breathitt Fiscal Court to use Breathitt High School Football Stadium, date to be announced, for the purpose of an outdoor concert, contingent upon providing insurance, an approved cleaning plan, and an approved plan from the local health department.
2. Consider approval to extend the FRYSC contract for an additional year and realign the budget amounts for FY21 and FY22.
3. Consider approval of Dual credit agreement between Hazard Community & Technical College for 2021-2022 school year.

These days are contingent upon developing a plan, approval by the immediate supervisor, scheduling in advance, and documented in Frontline.

24. Consider approval of purchasing 16 new cafeteria tables with comfort seating for Breathitt County High School from JW Associates using food service funds, to include delivery and installation at a cost of $26,340, through the KPC contract.
25. Consider approval of purchasing new serving lines from Manning Brothers for Sebastian Elementary School in the amount of $22,362.02 and for Breathitt County High School in the amount of $29,662.03 using food service funds, and to include delivery and installation, through the KPC contract.

33. Consider approval of accepting the bid from ADT Commercial, to perform inspections, maintenance and recharging fire extinguishers inspection, range hood fire system, fire alarm systems, fire sprinkler, backflow preventer inspection, and alarm monitoring service, etc., for the 2021-2022 school year.
34. Consider approval of accepting the bid from JAMCO, to perform physical therapy services for the 2021-2022 school year.
35. Consider approval of the bid from Best Pest to provide Pest Control Services for the 2021-2022 school year.
