| II. Consider approval of an Interim Contract between Breathitt Co. Board of Education and Allen Construction, LLC, authorizing Allen Construction to proceed with the Work of their Contract, up to a monetary amount not to exceed $54,525.00. This interim contract becomes null and void upon the sale of the school revenue bonds and subsequent execution of the final Owner-Contractor Contract Agreement. | |
| III. Consider approval of the facility use request for MKCAP Head Start to use LBJ on November 20th and 21st for Thanksgiving dinner. | |
| IV. Consider approval of the KETS Offer of Assistance in the amount of $14,427.00. | |
