| II. Consider approval of changing the name of Sebastian Middle School to Sebastian Elementary School. | |
| III. Consider approval of moving grades K-6 from LBJ Elementary to Sebastian Elementary School beginning with the 2019-2020 school year. | |
| IV. Consider approval, per KRS 162.060, of BG1 for submission to Kentucky Department of Education for their review and approval. This BG 1 is for the proposed renovation of select areas of the existing Sebastian Middle School in order to convert the facility into an Elementary School. Included in the scope of work would be the addition of a security vestibule; renovation of the existing locker rooms into (2) classrooms and a gang restroom for boys and girls; renovation of the central locker area into a School Resource Officer office. | |
| V. Consider approval of the KDE version of the AIA form B101_2007 Owner Architect Agreement between Breathitt County Schools and Tate Hill Jacobs Architects to provide design and construction administration services required by the scope of work outlined in the BG1 for the conversion of the current Sebastian Middle School into an elementary school. | |
| VI. Consider approval of bid in the amount of $109,800.00 (low bid) with Allen Construction for bathroom repair and maintenance at Sebastian Elementary School. | |
| VII. Consider approval of bid in the amount of $15,786.00 (low bid) with Bubba and Larry's Lawn Care Service for outside painting at Sebastian Elementary School. | |
| VIII. Consider approval of bid in the amount of $5,500.00 (low bid) with East Kentucky Drywall for inside painting, of gym, at Sebastian Elementary School. | |
| IX. Consider approval of purchasing new playground equipment from Miracle of KY & TN per KPC contract for Sebastian Elementary School,not to exceed $125,000.00. | |
| X. Consider approval of authorizing the purchase of a used truck for maintenance department up to $19,000.00. | |
| XI. Consider approval of the out of state field trip for ATC/FBLA/HOSA and Skills USA to Kings Island on May 24, 2019. | |
| XII. Consider approval of 1st reading of KSBA 03.1321 policy use of school property. | |
