a. Breathitt County Honey Festival use of LBJ parking lot for the Parade line-up on August 31, 2019.
b. Breathitt County Honey Festival Honey Run/Walk at LBJ on September 2, 2019.
c. Breathitt Honey Festival Scholarship Pageant at LBJ Cafeteria on August 24, 2019.
d. Appalachian Mountain Wrestling to use the BHS PE Gym on May 9,2019.
e. Kentucky River Community Care Summer Program at LBJ June 10-July 31st.
f. Kentucky River Community Care Summer Program at Breahitt High School on July 1-3, July 29, 30 and 31st.

16. Consider approval of bid for sanding/refinishing the SMS Gym floor with Cincinnati Floor Company not to exceed the amount of $19,000.00.
17. Consider approval of the change order #1 with Allen Construction at BHS Security Vestibules in the amount of $1,500.00.
18. Consider approval for Payment #2 for Security Vestibules in the amount of $52,091.96 to Allen Construction.
19. Consider approval of keeping the local tariff/state rates for telecommunications (Plain Old Telephone Service, PRI, and Local and Long Distance) with vendors AT&T, and TDS for the 2019-2020 school year.
20. Consider approval of declaring surplus technology items and authorize disposal through Power House Recycling per State Master Contract.
