| II. Consider approval of accepting the only bid and approving the contract with Frederick and May Construction Company for BG 18-409, the SMS Roof Edge Repair Project. | |
| III. Consider approval of revised BG 18-409 for the SMS Roof Edge Project to reflect actual cost. | |
| IV. Consider approval of the BG-5 for the BHS Bleacher Replacement Project, BG 18-245, closing out the project and authorizing final payment for the bleachers. | |
| V. Consider approval of Fidelity Bond of Treasurer for Stacy McKnight, effective September 1, 2018 | |
| VI. Consider approval of paying $75 per test session for CDL testing, formerly paid by KDE. | |
| VII. Consider approval of utilizing the Kentucky Department of Education to conduct the audit required for Comprehensive Support and Improvement Designated - Sebastian Middle School. | |
| VIII. Consider approval of utilizing KDE for the turnaround team for CSI Designated - Sebastian Middle School. | |
