Board Chair Jeff Beach called the meeting to order at 6:30pm.

Congratulations to Alex Harrison for his state championship win for Outstanding Witness at the 2019  Kentucky High School Mock Trial Championship tournament.

Students shared details from their projects and how components of the project aligned with the Portrait of a Graduate competencies.

The Board thanked the students for their presentation and gave each a "Rich in Tradition" t-shirt.

Jerry Wissman provided the Board with an update of the project, noting that all the hazardous materials abatement had been completed and that demolition of the buildings was currently in progress.

Order #1984 - Motion Passed:  Approval of Pay Application #2 in the amount of $59,296.50 to Morel Construction for the Johnson Elementary Replacement project passed with a motion by Mrs. Lisa Duckworth and a second by Mrs. Karen Allen.

Jerry Wissman provided the Board with an update of the project, noting that any remaining construction issues will be completed when school is not in session.
