Thank you to Tyler Layman and Aiden Nevels for their original artwork for the district's KSBA banner. This year's theme was Educate. Equip. Empower.  This banner was displayed during the Annual KSBA Conference February 22-24 in Louisville.

• Morel Pay App #1 - JES

Order #1969 - Motion Passed:  Approval of Pay Application #1 in the amount of $222,480.00 to Morel Construction for the Johnson Elementary Replacement project passed with a motion by Mrs. Karen Allen and a second by Mr. Jeff Beach.

Jerry Wissman provided the Board with an update on the project, noting that the mobile units are now in process of arriving and being placed on the HHS campus. 

• CAST Lease Agreement 2019 - 3-11-19

Order #1970 - Motion Passed:  Approval of the Lease Agreement with C.A.S.T. subject to approval/input by the Board attorney passed with a motion by Mr. Jeff Beach and a second by Mr. Bradley Fennell.

• Surplus Equipment List - 2018 - 2019

Order #1971 - Motion Passed:  Approval to declare miscellaneous equipment as identified on the attached list and all items from Johnson Elementary School not being utilized in their temporary location as surplus property passed with a motion by Mr. Jeff Beach and a second by Mrs. Lisa Duckworth.

• RFP - Custodial Supplies

Order #1972 - Motion Passed:  Approval of the RFP for Custodial Supplies passed with a motion by Mr. Bradley Fennell and a second by Mr. Jeff Beach.

• RFP Copier Lease Agreement

Order #1973 - Motion Passed:  Approval of the RFP for the District-wide Copier Lease Project passed with a motion by Mrs. Karen Allen and a second by Mrs. Ann Meyer.

Order #1974 - Motion Passed:  Approval of the amended 2018-19 school calendar making the May 28, 2019, a make-up day for teachers and keeping the last day of school for students as May 24, 2019 passed with a motion by Mrs. Karen Allen and a second by Mr. Jeff Beach.

• Digital Learning Coach Presentation

Heidi Neltner, Brian Mercer and Jody Johnson shared about their roles as Digital Learning Coaches in the district.
