Board Chair Jeff Beach called the meeting to order at 5:40pm, immediately following the Tax Hearing meeting.

• Tax Rate Levy Form 2018-19

Order #1897 - Motion Passed:  Approval to set the Real Property Tax rate at 104.2 cents, the Personal Property Tax rate at 109.7 cents and the Motor Vehicle Tax rate at 92.5 cents for the 2018-19 school year passed with a motion by Mr. John Weyer and a second by Mrs. Lisa Duckworth.

Order #1898 - Motion Passed:  Approval of the Bid Documents for the Johnson Elementary Replacement project passed with a motion by Mrs. Karen Allen and a second by Mr. John Weyer.

Order #1899 - Motion Passed:  Approval of the BG-3 Plans & Specifications for the Johnson Elementary Replacement project passed with a motion by Mrs. Lisa Duckworth and a second by Mrs. Karen Allen.
