12th Annual Federal & State Law Update
KSBA’s knowledgeable staff will share information on district policy and procedure updates, and will summarize the happenings of the 2018 Regular Session of the Kentucky General Assembly. In addition, KSBA staff attorneys will offer insights on:

• Case Law
• Opinions of the Kentucky Attorney General

This conference is open to school board members, school administrators and board attorneys. Board Member Credit has been approved, and attendees can earn up to eight hours of Level IV and Level V credit in the Academy of Studies. EILA and CLE hours are pending.
