Committee Reports
Motion Passed: Motion made for the Court to approve to take in approximately 250 feet of an extension of Burden Lane(Harp Lane) pending the Viewing Committee recommendations effective October 9, 2013 passed with a motion by Brandon Thomas and a second by Michael McKenney.
Magistrate Kenny Autry said the Industrial Panel met on October 3, 2013 and said that Joanna Shake-GRADD gave detailed information on industrial recruitment in other counties. The panel will meet again in 2 weeks.

Questions and Comments?
Magistrate Brandon Thomas made a motion with the Court and discussed about setting the salaries for elected officials before January 31, 2014. After discussion the issue was tabled until the next meeting
