Golf Course-Magistrate Jason Bullock
Motion Passed: Motion made for the Court to hire Kristina Chapman at the Ohio County Community Golf Course as Temporary status, 40 hours per week at $9.00 per hour effective July 21, 2013 passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Kenny Autry.
Motion Passed: Motion made for the Court to extend Barrry Griffin's contract at the Ohio County Community Golf Course for 2 months, Part-Time not to exceed 10 hours passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Kenny Autry.
Motion Passed: Motion made for the Court to approve the purchase of a Fairway Mower at the Ohio County Community Golf Course for $23,000, with funds coming out of surplus and moving over to golf course operating expenses and to authorize County Treasurer Anne Melton to make check out to Wolf Creek Co. Distributions passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Kenny Autry.

Fordsville Park-Ed Williams
Ed Williams discussed with the Court the desire to have a shooting range at the Fordsville Park. No action was taken.

Committee Reports
Motion Passed: Motion made for the Court to accept the (1) bid for HVAC service and Maintenance at the Community Center, Courthouse, and Cornerstone Hall from R&R HVAC & Refrigeration-see attachment passed with a motion by Larry Keown and a second by Kenny Autry.
Motion Passed: Motion made for the Court to accept the Needs Assessment Committee's recommendations for the 2013/2014 Needs Assessment List on surplus funds-see attachment passed with a motion by Jason Bullock and a second by Kenny Autry.
William Ralph discussed with the Court and Magistrate Michael McKenney issues with Aron's Lane. No action was taken.
Magistrate Larry Keown asked that the Road Weight Limit Committee meet before the next Court meeting.

Questions and Comments
A few citizens came forward to voice their opinions about the public speaking during the Court meetings. Judge Johnston told the citizens that their concerns would be taken in consideration and the agenda would be adjusted as needed.
