Motion Passed:  Approved to accept Community Center Cooling tower Bid from Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling in the sum of $772,600.00. Upon the condition that Complete Comfort along with Marty Shephard individually execute a contract outlining the terms and conditions of the bid along with the requirement to satisfy the Memorandum of Understanding in all respects with AOC. No work shall begin on the project until execution if the contract and approval to begin by AOC. Further move to appoint Charlie Shields as the local contact. Only one bid was received. Authorize the Judge Executive to sign all corresponding documentation and the Treasurer to issue check(s) passed with a motion by Bo Bennett and a second by Jason Bullock.
