Motion Passed:  Approved Resolution 2023-24 OCEDA KPDI which was previously passed through Court stating OCEDA was a 501-c3 which needs to be changed to reflect that they are not. Wording to be taken out and re-recorded at the clerk's office to show changes passed with a motion by Kenneth Calloway and a second by Jason Bullock.
