Employee Evaluations & Growth Plans A personnel workshop to provide basic guidance on certified and classified employee evaluations.
Earn Certified Evaluation Training hours that are EILA approved. Learn from experienced former school administrators, attorneys and policy consultants about the laws, policies and evaluation processes, and get tips for effectively evaluating your staff, and developing growth plans. Also hear from our Risk Management Director regarding lawsuits on personnel issues.
